Nikki Rae Walker was crowned Miss Texas Coed 2009 on June 7th in
Irving, Texas. Nikki is the Daughter of Dewayne and Wendy Walker of
Prosper, Texas. She is 20 year old graduate of Plano Senior High School.
Nikki has attended the University of Arkansas for the past three year but
recently transferred back to Texas so that she can graduate from a Texas
College with a degree in Communications.
Nikki loves to bowl, shop, listen to music, and hang out with her friends.
She spends a lot of time with her 10 year old brother, Austin. Nikki loves
children and speaks at elementary schools promoting the organization
she started with her mother, Children Making Choices. It is her belief
that if you teach a child at a young age to make good life choices they will
continue to make those same positive choices as they get into their
teenage years
